Jabari Sewell

Hello! My name is Jabari Sewell and I am a Political Science and English double major at St. Lawrence University. I love reading, writing and reciting poetry of all kinds, however, my specialty is spoken word. While I believe poetry possesses no inherent meaning, I believe it has the power to inspire, motivate, and redefine conscious thought by analogizing the mundane and overlooked elements of our daily lives.

Barrow Dunn

Barrow Dunn ’27 is a sociology major with minors in statistics and English literature. She specialises in critical carceral studies and sex work studies, with focuses on the sex work-prison cycle, surveillance of the sex industry, and alternatives to incarceration.

Inspired by her own true crime guilty pleasure, this project allowed Barrow to explore how true crime media influences criminal justice, for better or for worse. She hopes to build a career using her skills in both writing and research to combat the inherent flaws of the American carceral system.

Brianna Perrigo

My name is Brianna Perrigo, and I am double majoring in Business and English in Creative Writing at St. Lawrence. Planning to earn my Master's in Business Administration, I aim to pursue a career in marketing administration after graduation from SLU. I am passionate about humanitarian efforts and intend to contribute my skill set to a humanitarian service organization once I enter the workforce.

Sage Kehr

Hello, my name is Sage Kehr and I am class of 2027 at St. Lawrence University. I am a Conservation Biology major and Native American Studies minor with a focus on marine and animal conservation. On campus, I am a member of the Campus Kitchens Projects, an Admissions Ambassador, member of the Jewish Student Union, Environmental Education Intern for Nature Up North, and apart of the Peace Corps Prep Program. Outside of school I love to spend my time outoors, be with my friends and family, and travel. 

Hailey Friedel

Hailey Friedel is a member of the Class of 2027 at St. Lawrence University. She is double majoring in Psychology and Environmental Studies. Hailey has worked at the Information Technology Student Help Desk along with an off-campus part-time cashier job. These experiences have helped her develop a strong background in customer service and communication. She is passionate about helping everyday people learn how they can protect the environment. In her free time, Hailey enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and running. 

Sophia Wirtz

Sophia Wirtz ’27 is a Business and Global Studies double major with a minor in Public Health at St. Lawrence University. Her interests focus on nonprofit leadership, global health, and the ways organizations can improve access to care and support for families. During her internship with the Heartfelt Dreams Foundation, she contributed to fundraising, donor outreach, patient storytelling, scholarship review, and planning for the organization’s charity golf tournament.

Emma Wilson

Emma Wilson is a undergraduate student majoring in both Political Science and Music. On campus, she is a member of the Laurentian Singers, an international and national touring coeducational choir, Delta Delta Delta (ΔΔΔ), Student Council, Student Government and Vice President of running club. She is originally from the Grand Canyon state and loves to read any philosophy she can get her hands on, stay active, and model.

Nolan Widrick

I am a Biology major with a minor in Public Health at St. Lawrence University, pursuing a career in dentistry. I am a member of the St. Lawrence baseball team and have spent the past two summers interning at Clayton Dental Office, where I gained hands-on experience assisting with dental procedures, patient care, and daily practice operations. On campus, I am involved in the Pre-Dental Club and Student-Athlete Advisory Council, which have helped me develop leadership and communication skills.

Edie White

Hi! My name is Edie, and I’m from Denver, Colorado. I’m currently a senior at St. Lawrence University studying Communication. I have a strong interest in e-commerce and the fashion industry, and I especially enjoy customer relations and the creative side of business. On campus, I’m a member of Tri Delta, and last fall I had the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in Prague, where I loved meeting new people and experiencing new places. In my free time, I enjoy going on runs with my friends, needlepointing, live music, and traveling.

Sid Pols

I'm a rising senior at St. Lawrence studying digital media and film and political science. I have a passion for sports videography and marketing. As the lead videographer for the universities men's hockey team I create video content that engage fans and showcase the program through social media. Through my media production career I have experience in video production, photography, branding and social media strategies. This past summer I interned with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball league, the premier collegiate summer league.

Rachel Pelletier is a senior at St. Lawrence University majoring in Environmental Studies with minors in Public Health and Outdoor Leadership. Rachel is interested in learning about sustainable living, community conservation efforts, and how the health of the environment intersects with the health of individuals and communities. On campus, Rachel is involved in the Campus Kitchens Project, a club focusing on reducing food insecurity in the surrounding Canton community by providing weekly hot meals to community members and snack packs to the local primary schools.

Joshua Mason

My name is Josh Mason, and I'm a senior from Canton, CT, studying Economics and Political Science. Outside the classroom, I'm active in student government, work as an Admissions Ambassador, and am a member of a fraternity on campus. I'm pursuing a career in public policy, with a particular interest in how economic incentives shape legislation.

Ian Marks

My name is Ian Marks, and I am a senior from Hanover, New Hampshire. At St. Lawrence, I am majoring in Communications and minoring in Sports and Exercise Science. I am a lifelong hockey player and a member of SLU’s Club Hockey Team. I hope to pursue a career in sports management, ideally in professional hockey. I am very passionate about sports, and very much appreciate how sports can benefit people and communities. Sports have helped me develop discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills, as well as exposing me to new people and environments.

Sofia Manne

Sofia Manne ’27 is a senior at St. Lawrence University majoring in Neuroscience and Statistics. She is interested in pursuing graduate study and research opportunities that combine neuroscience and statistics to better understand the brain and improve people’s lives. Sofia is also a varsity soccer player at St. Lawrence who is active and enjoys time outside and shared with others. She is interested in the powerful impact that research can have on recovery, rehabilitation, and quality of life.

Noxolo Magongo

Hi, I’m Noxolo Magongo, an international student from Eswatini and a Senior at St. Lawrence University studying Finance and Business in the Liberal Arts. Before St. Lawrence, I attended the United World College of Southern Africa, where I earned my International Baccalaureate Diploma. My experiences in diverse, international communities have shaped my curiosity about the world and appreciation for different perspectives. 

Aria Lee

Aria Lee ’27 is a Political Science and History double major with a minor in Communications at St. Lawrence University. Her academic interests, at St. Lawrence have led to a growing interest in commercial real estate. With connections in the St. Lawrence alumni and the broader Laurentian community, Aria secured an internship in Boston, where she is gaining valuable experience and insight into the commercial real estate industry.

My name is Christian Kim, and I'm from Mahopac, New York. I attended Wooster School in Danbury, Connecticut from the 5th to 12th grade. I'm a proud member of the class of 2027 and am currently pursuing an English: Creative Writing and Business double major.
