Heath Mann

I am originally from Concord, NH where I graduated from St. Paul's School in 2023. I have an older sister and a younger brother. At St. Lawrence, I am a member of the men's lacrosse team. Off the field, I enjoy music and am an avid golfer. I currently work as a pro shop attendant at the SLU golf course during the school year. My ultimate career goal is to be a collegiate or prep-school lacrosse coach. Lacrosse has played an incredibly important role in my life and I want to give back to the game as much as it has given to me. Along with this aspiration for coaching, I would love to be a part of the high-performance strength community. Training and working with high-level athletes is what pushes me to strive for greatness.
