While working at Kyle Brown Performance I developed many interpersonal communication and leadership skills. I learned how to create a welcoming environment for all customers that aligned with KBP's core values, as well as how to coach and work with high level athletes to help train and achieve goals. I was able to experience working with all levels of athletes whether it was adult clients, current collegiate and pro athletes, high school, middle school, and elementary school athletes. When working with these groups I helped coach them through, and create programs to help better there performance and overall health. Along with coaching I worked with our clients in the registration process and overall client satisfaction. After an amazing experience at KBP I was able to improve upon my leadership and kinesiology skills. I will be accepting a position at Kyle Brown Performance when I return home for the summer.
