I have built my foundation on balancing academics and athletics, always striving for excellence in both. Born in the United States and raised in Japan, I attended an international school after returning to Japan, which gave me a global perspective and the ability to understand and respect diverse values. Alongside my studies, I played baseball in a traditional Japanese setting, where I developed strong discipline and self-control which are qualities that help me serve as a bridge between Japan and the world.
At St. Lawrence University, I am deepening my knowledge of finance and business through internships and research papers on how Japan’s aging society affects its financial markets. I also compete on the university’s NCAA Division III baseball team, where the highly competitive environment has strengthened my persistence and work ethic. I take pride in maintaining a mindset of constant self-improvement and tackling ambitious academic challenges. By combining my academic drive, athletic discipline, global perspective, and diverse background, I aim to build a career in the financial industry where I can take on complex and meaningful challenges.
