Cape Cod Baseball League | Bourne Braves

During my time with the Cape Cod Baseball League’s Bourne Braves, I gained hands-on experience shooting a total of 47 games over 62 days. My responsibilities included meeting strict deadlines, collaborating with fellow interns, and capturing content of fans, players, interns, and everything happening around the ballpark. I worked closely with the social media team to create a consistent brand identity throughout the season while also expanding my creative horizons by finding new ways to shoot, edit, and share my content.

As a Game Day Operations Intern for the Bourne Braves this summer, I significantly improved my teamwork and multitasking skills. Alongside my 11 coworkers, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks around the ballpark, including selling and managing merchandise inventory, preparing food for the thousands of fans who attended each game, and ensuring the field was thoroughly cleaned afterward.

Interacting with customers and assisting fans with their needs or concerns also helped me grow into a more confident and mature individual, while strengthening my problem-solving abilities.
