Eva Kuliyeva

Eva Kuliyeva, Class of 2029, is majoring in Psychology and Music with a minor in Spanish at St. Lawrence University. Originally from the Bronx, New York, Eva is a musician and student interested in psychology, neuroscience, and the arts. At St. Lawrence, she works as a First-Year Program Intern, supporting student engagement and helping create meaningful experiences for incoming students. She is also a member of Laurentian Singers and participates in the university’s music community through vocal performance.

Inna Saribekyan

I was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia. After graduating from UWC Dilijan, I continued my education at St. Lawrence University, where I am majoring in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Spanish. At St. Lawrence, I have also pursued international opportunities, including a study abroad program in Europe, which broadened my perspective on cultural diversity and global education.

Mathilda Rice

Hello! My name is Mathilda and I am a recent graduate from St. Lawrence University. I majored in Global Studies with a minor in Public Health and Spanish. I am interested in working with local food systems to promote healthy communities. My experience with farming has opened my eyes to the importance of good food for overall health. I am hoping to utilize the skills and ideologies I learned this summer to define my future path in food sovereignty work. My hobbies include cooking yummy food and reading fiction.

Harrison Callaway

I am now a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a double major in Political Science and History, with a minor in Spanish. During my time at SLU, I have had the opportunity to experience the unique aspects that make our community so special.

Nathan Inecia

Projects

Nathan Inecia ’26 is a Global Studies major from Curaçao interested in representations of former colonial powers in heritage institutions and museums. Having grown up around sites of Dutch colonial influence, analysis of these sites for his project came as a necessity. His project took him to relevant sites in Ghana and The Netherlands, culminating in his final site visit to his home country Curaçao. The data collected at each site stand as the backbone for his senior year thesis.

Cole Weigartz

Cole Weigartz is part of the Class of 2021 and is majoring in Conservation Biology. He is particularly interested in studying mammals and forest ecology. During his summer fellowship, he studied habitat preferences for porcupines, which he will continue during his senior year. After graduating, he plans on continuing his studies and completing a Ph.D. in Wildlife Ecology. Although he enjoys doing lots of outdoors fieldwork, he also enjoys crocheting, video games, and being a TA for General Biology.

Grace Harkins

Grace Harkins '21 is a Government Major and Spanish and Religious Studies Double Minor. Her passion for education and social justice drove her to research the power of social norms in our education system today. After graduating from St. Lawrence, Grace plans on furthering her studies at graduate schools of education. She would ultimately like to spend her time working as a high school teacher or in Student Life at a small liberal arts college like St. Lawrence.
