The Freedom Hub

As an intern I was given a lot of freedom when it came to performing my task. My job was to research and write weekly blogs on modern day forms of slavery. I was able to choose my own topic as long as they connected to the overall theme.
I doing this internship I was not only better able to help inform others about diverse forms of modern day slavery and domestic abuse, but myself as well. In writing these blogs I found a greater interest in the importance of the work the Freedom Hub was doing. I was proud to be apart of their company and have my work published for others to enjoy. This was a real life experience that I never thought I would get and I am very grateful for the opportunity and support I was given.
