Carol A. Williams ’73 Expendable Internship Fund

In this internship experience at Fuse, I learned a variety of different skills that I will carry with me in future positions. A project that I had worked on that I really enjoyed involved me doing research on finding Tik Tok influencers in the area of Denver, CO. I put together a PowerPoint of potential influencers that I had found that would fit the role of what the company was looking to accomplish. I took into consideration how many likes they got, how many views they had, how often they posted content and if they had done any other videos similar to what we were looking for.

I did my summer internship going into my junior year at Ridgetop Research LLC. Ridgetop Research is an expert network firm that specializes in producing the best primary research knowledge out there. I worked directly under St. Lawrence alumnus Jeep Post '98 and participated in around 20+ projects during my stay there. 

Interning at Sound Dentistry this summer was a great experience! I was able to learn from hands-on experience in the dental field thanks to the generous unpaid internship fellowship that St. Lawrence offers. This internship opened my eyes to all the amazing specialties and has only strengthened my passion for dentistry. I was able to watch and take part in procedures done by Dr. Kitsos, a general dentist, Dr. El-Ghadi, a prosthodontist, and Dr. Govostes, a periodontist.
