Faith Olusegun

Faith Etornam Olusegun, class of 2025, majored in International Economics-Francophone studies. She is from Ghana. Having taken a French class in her first year at SLU which piqued her interest in the French language, she majored in Francophone studies and eventually studied abroad in Toulouse, France. While in Toulouse, she completed an internship at a Language and Culture Learning Center. Her internship made her more interested in Intercultural and International communication as well as in cultural exchange initiatives.

Lane Haehl

Lane Haehl '25, is from Old Forge, New York, where she graduated as Valedictorian from Town of Webb UFSD in 2021. She is majoring in International Economics - Francophone Studies and Business, minoring in Sports Studies, and is interesting in pursuing a career in sports entertainment. During her time at SLU, she played for the Women's Golf team, is the student assistant coach for the Volleyball team, and has completed multiple internships regarding sports journalism, broadcasting, and media. Additionally, Lane has been inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa and Chi Sigma Alpha honor societies.

Jaden Phillips

Jaden Phillips class of '23 is majoring in Government and International Economics-French. During the summer she spent time in France interning with a ski company in Chamonix. Jaden used this experience to dive into the culture and practice her french skills while learning about marketing in the outdoor industry. At school this semester she will be a captain of the nordic ski team.
