Abby Gallas

Abby Gallas, Class of 2028, is an intending on majoring in Biology with an SSES minor, she has a strong interest in exercise science and sports performance. She intends to obtain her Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and attend physical therapy school after her undergraduate studies. Abby works as a strength & conditioning intern at St. Lawrence University through the OCIP program, she further developed her skills as a Sports Performance Intern at Yale University this summer. As a member of the St. Lawrence Softball team, she enjoys staying active and is passionate about promoting wellness to a variety of populations.
