Benjamin Rathke

My name is Benjamin, and I am in international student from Germany. However, my family moved around a lot, and I have also lived in Malawi and Tanzania. Growing up in between worlds certainly brought its challenges but I also really enjoyed the international setting and wanted to experience yet another part of the world, so I decided to come to the USA for university. My goals at St. Lawrence are to grow myself as a person - in all dimensions. I came here with the intention of studying conservation biology and doing a minor in sports & exercise science and outdoor leadership. Some of my hobbies include rock climbing, volleyball, running, swimming, and photography.
