Currently, I am double majoring in Political Science and International Economics combined with Multi-languages (French and Spanish) Studies at St. Lawrence University. As a rising junior, I am interested in the roles of policy-making, economic development, and international politics. My foreign studies career started in 2017, as I was selected to represent the Guatemalan committee at the United World College, Costa Rica. Last semester, I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain.
I have partaken in different roles throughout my career. I was an intern in the Municipal National Association in Guatemala, developing a program focused on women's empowerment. Additionally, I participated in the Federal Reserve Challenge 2021 as part of the speaking team where we ended up being top three in NY District. Recently, I worked for the Language Resource Center (LRC) at SLU, as a Teacher Assistant for Macroeconomics and as a content creator for Weave News.
