Xavino Pacule ‘29, from Massinga, Mozambique, graduated from the United World College of Southern Africa - Eswatini in 2025. Xavino is pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Economics, with aspirations in Software Engineering and Quantitative Trading. He participated as a talent in Unleash Rwanda, where he designed solutions to address the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and interned in the area of technology at Baphumelele Home Shelter, South Africa. Such experiences have driven his eagerness to pursue a STEM-related major. After joining St. Lawrence University, he continued seeking professional growth in technology by joining ColorStack, Q-Club, and Crown Royalties Investment Club (CRIC), while also working at the University Information Technology Help Desk. He also became involved in leadership at St. Lawrence University, working as a Thrive Mentor and becoming the Outreach Manager of the African Student Union.

Xavino Pacule ’29, natural de Massinga, Moçambique, concluiu o ensino secundário no United World College of Southern Africa – Eswatini em 2025. Atualmente, Xavino está a frequentar uma dupla licenciatura em Ciência da Computação e Economia, com aspirações profissionais nas áreas de Engenharia de Software e Trading Quantitativo. Participou como talento no Unleash Rwanda, onde desenvolveu soluções para enfrentar desafios relacionados aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), e realizou um estágio na área de tecnologia no Baphumelele Home Shelter, na África do Sul. Essas experiências despertaram e fortaleceram o seu interesse em seguir uma área de estudo ligada à STEM. Após ingressar em St. Lawrence University, continuou a procurar oportunidades de crescimento profissional na área de tecnologia, integrando o ColorStack, o Q-Club e o Crown Royalties Investment Club (CRIC), além de trabalhar no Serviço de Suporte de Tecnologia da Informação da Universidade. Também se envolveu em atividades de liderança na St. Lawrence University, atuando como Thrive Mentor e como Gestor de Outreach da African Student Union.
