Ralfs Puhaļskis

My name is Ralfs, and I am Latvian. I grew up between a small town and the countryside before moving to Japan to attend UWC ISAK. Now I attend St. Lawrence, and I am majoring in Philosophy, Political Science, and History. My main academic field of interest is political theory.
