Hannah McMillan

Greetings! I am Hannah McMillan, class of 2027! I am pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on agroecology. I have been working on small vegetable farms every summer for the past 4 years, giving me a foundation of agrarian knowledge and experience to keep building on. 

Over the years, I have developed a strong passion for hands-on involvement in sustainable food production, specifically the feeling of purpose associated with direct action and its immediate impact. I believe that justice and reciprocity demand the transformation of our food system. 

With my education, I strive to empower myself and learn to empower others to seek a deeper connection with their food, farmers, and surrounding environments.
