I am a biology major with a minor in sports studies and exercise science, pursuing a career in strength and conditioning. Currently, I am interning at St. Lawrence as an assistant strength coach, working with several teams on campus. When I am not coaching or training, I like to participate in the St. Lawrence Sailing Club, of which I am a secretary, and play golf. I am from Summit, New Jersey, and grew up playing Ice hockey and Lacrosse, I spend the summer with my grandparents on the New Jersey Shore where I grew up sailing and eventually worked as a sailing coach for 4 years. For high school I attended The Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts where I participated as a tour guide student leader, a 4 year varsity athlete on the Rowing team, and spent my free time hiking and mountain biking on the mountain adjacent to campus.
