Semester:
Summer 2022
Description

Bryan interned at The Mammoth Site of Hot Springs, South Dakota where he served as an education intern working with kids ranging from ages 4-12. The internship focused on reinforcing and educating young kids on the science of paleontology. The job ultimately required lesson plans to be curated and research to be added to the curriculum. His research/curriculum focused on paleopathology, the study of medical conditions found in ancient humans and animals.

A notable strength of Bryan's this summer was his ability to work with others and create a positive and productive work environment. As a result, Bryan was crowned with an award as the best intern of the summer. It highlighted the hard work he had put in. Many coworkers pushed for Bryan to get this award given how he treated his colleagues and as a result of his work ethic.
