My name is Ryan Krugman, graduating class 24' here at St. Lawrence University. I am planning on majoring in Environmental Studies and Sociology with a minor in Global Studies. As an Environmental Studies and Sociology major I am interested in human-environment relations and the impact they have on both us and our environment. Through various classes here at SLU and an introduction to the field of sustainable food management my interest has shifted more specifically to the socio-environmental impacts of our food production and consumption systems. I hope to continue working to create a more sustainable and resilient food system after graduating from SLU.
