Rachel Pelletier is a senior at St. Lawrence University majoring in Environmental Studies with minors in Public Health and Outdoor Leadership. Rachel is interested in learning about sustainable living, community conservation efforts, and how the health of the environment intersects with the health of individuals and communities. On campus, Rachel is involved in the Campus Kitchens Project, a club focusing on reducing food insecurity in the surrounding Canton community by providing weekly hot meals to community members and snack packs to the local primary schools. In her free time, she likes to run, hike, ski, spend time with her friends, listen to music, journal, and visit cafes.
