Hello, I am Koral Tarbell-Mitchell, Class of 2028! I intend to pursue a degree in psychology with a focus on mental health advocacy for indigenous communities and impoverished communities alike.
Growing up on an Indigenous reservation with limited green space and a lack of mental health care, I was given a unique opportunity to understand how limited resources impact the well-being of a whole community.
These experiences have shaped my academic interests along with my personal goals of bringing the knowledge I acquire back to my reservation and to bring attention to the disparities in communities and allocate more resources to fix them.
