Data Analysis Intern - Elaniin

During my internship at Elaniin Tech Company, I collaborated with the data analysis team on Mercandu, the largest e-commerce platform in Central America. My primary responsibility was to leverage PowerBI for developing advanced visualizations and interactive dashboards, which involved handling large datasets and performing rigorous data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Laboratory Assistant - Brain Disease Center

Over the summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to work as a laboratory assistant at the Brain Disease Centre at the Medical University of Gdansk. At the facility, I had the pleasure of joining an ongoing research project investigating the role of Piezo1 and Piezo2 in the development of multiple sclerosis. These mechanoreceptor channels have been documented to be affected by the changing density and stiffness of brain tissue and are thought to be strongly linked to the progression of MS.

Rehab Aide, PT Shadow, Data Collection & Analysis Assistant - Cioffredi & Associates - Physical Therapy & Wellness

During the 2023 summer, Ellie Camp '25 served as a Rehabilitation aide at Cioffredi & Associates Physical Therapy in Lebanon, New Hampshire while also observing many well-known doctors of PT. Throughout her internship, Ellie had daily access to a plethora of groundbreaking technology that Cioffredi and only a handful of other institutions have across the country, one being the Neufit Neubie device, which is used for chronic pain relief and the re-education of muscles.

Intern - Galaxy Kids (Freeman Foundation)

As a Business Development Associate at Galaxy Kids, I had the opportunity to understand how companies that are beginning to expand around the world work. The ways of doing it and the tools used for it have a variety of complexities and methods that range from studying the specific words that have a lot of traffic on the Internet, to understanding and taking advantage of the use of social networks to sponsor the brand as much as possible with a lower budget.

Marketing Communications Internship

This summer I was in NYC taking part in the Bard Globalization and International Affairs program (BGIA), in which students intern during the day for academic credit and take international relations courses in the evening. I was a Marketing Communications Intern at Mission: Cure, a public health organization dedicated to finding innovative therapies and treatments to cure rare diseases, starting with pancreatitis. My main goal for this summer was to grow professionally.
