Program Counselor - The Grove School

By

My job at the Grove School was aimed at providing structure to the lives of children who have mental health struggles and executive functioning issues. I was able to make meaningful connections with some of the students, provide my ideas when asked for them and actively listen. Throughout the summer, I conducted fun activities to keep the kids engaged and happy and was an impartial party to talk to when they needed to vent. Through this internship, I was able to get a broader understanding of the mental health field.

Sales & Marketing Intern - Data Impact by Nielsen IQ

By

I spent my first week going through training and helping out with Marketing strategies to promote Data Impact's brand on their Linked In and X pages. When my training concluded, I mostly helped out with evaluations of companies performance using the company's tool that scrapes data about their online stores. Mostly, I was developing Power Points showcasing their sales, their out of stock rates and other categories that can ultimately help with profit and efficient activities in their respective markets.

Through this internship I was able to experience the exciting nature of working within professional sports. My main responsibility was to sell, exchange, refund, and manage tickets, including individual tickets, ticket packages, and concert tickets. Sales occurred in multiple facets, including in person and over the phone. Along with managing tickets, I also dealt with all different types of customer service interactions, such as accessibility needs, complaints, and others.

Empowering Communities for Change

Welcome to my internship overview! During my time at Mano Vuelta, I had the privilege to work on a range of impactful projects that aimed to empower indigenous and Afro-Mexican youth in Oaxacan communities. Through research, analysis, and hands-on facilitation, I contributed to initiatives that promote safe, dignified, and self-managed abortions while also addressing broader issues such as gender violence and resource management. Here's a glimpse of the valuable experiences and accomplishments from my internship:

Legal and Development Team Intern with Recycle Track Systems (RTS)

By

As the Legal Intern at Recycle Track Systems, no two days were ever the same. My responsibilities ranged from writing and reading live contracts to sitting in meeting with clients and other departments at RTS. I was lucky enough to be a part of the biggest project that the company has to date and assisted with the application for the possible client. Every day in the office, I was able to and trusted to make choices and carry them out for the company. Looking back on the experience and the goals that I set at the beginning of the summer, I met and exceeded all of them.
