American Continental Group (ACG)

At ACG Advocacy, I supported high-profile projects for clients including Toyota, CEF, and Centinel. My work included policy research, drafting briefing materials, and preparing strategic communications to inform legislative and regulatory initiatives. I assisted with outreach and coordinated meetings on Capitol Hill, gaining firsthand insight into the lobbying and advocacy process. These experiences helped me translate complex policy issues into actionable recommendations, track legislative developments, and support effective client engagement with policymakers. 

ACG Advocacy is one of Washington, D.C.'s premier consulting and government affairs firm. As a summer intern, I worked closely with the research associates to complete tasks for senior partners and their clients. Some of these tasks included briefing congressional hearings and markups, conducting research on legislation, and taking notes at meetings on Capitol Hill. One client that I worked particularly closely with was the League of Women Voters. Through working with the LWVUS, I was able to build upon my networking skills and enhance my writing skills.
