My name is Maria Andryan, and I am a sophomore at St. Lawrence University pursuing a double major in Political Science and Statistics. My passion for politics and the legal field is complemented by my enthusiasm for academic research. Growing up in a conflict region, I was exposed firsthand to the complexities of mediation and international relations. Over time, I realized that my interest in international law and immigrant rights could be integrated into my studies.
Through them, I aim to strengthen my knowledge in quantitative research and analysis through becoming proficient in statistical computing and data analysis tools. I also hope to deepen my understanding of political and legal institutions and integrate those quantitative methods into research.
