Benjamin Roach '25 is from West Hartford, CT where he graduated from Conard High School in 2021. He is majoring in Government with a hopeful minor in Canadian Studies. He is hoping for a career in some aspect of public service following his graduation in May 2025. During his time at SLU, Ben has been a four year member of the Men's Cross Country and Track and Field teams. He plays violin in the university Orchestra since his second semester of his first year, and has been part of the SLU student Government (Thelmo) for several semesters. He also has written extensively for the student run university newspaper (The Hill News), as well as being a news editor for the paper in the past semester. Additionally during his junior year at SLU, Ben received the Molson Award for academic excellence in the field of Canadian Studies. In the future, Ben hopes to work within the U.S. Government within the intelligence field.
