My name is Alja Imam Chaudhry, I grew up in Lahore, Pakistan where I completed majority of my high school before doing International Baccalaureate at United World College of Hong Kong.
I'm a person with a rich tapestry of interests, where reading, community involvement, and academics play pivotal roles in my life.
Reading has always been my sanctuary. I'm an avid reader, finding solace and inspiration within the pages of books. Whether it's delving into gripping novels, exploring thought-provoking non-fiction, or diving into the latest research in economics and government (my chosen majors), books have been my constant companions.
But my interests extend far beyond the written word. I'm deeply committed to my local community, and I thrive on organizing events that bring people together. From charity fundraisers to cultural festivals, I cherish the opportunity to create meaningful connections and foster unity among neighbors.
In the academic realm, I'm driven by a desire to understand the intricate web of economic forces and political dynamics that shape our world. Majoring in economics and government, I'm on a path that I believe can lead to meaningful policy changes and a more equitable society.
Outside of my academic pursuits, I also have a knack for marketing. Crafting compelling campaigns and strategies comes naturally to me, and I enjoy working on marketing projects on the side. These skills complement my other interests and provide a well-rounded skillset for a variety of endeavors.
In summary, I'm a passionate individual who finds fulfillment in reading, community engagement, academics, and marketing. These facets of my life not only define who I am but also fuel my aspirations to make a positive impact on both personal and societal levels.
