During my internship, I assisted the IT team in diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues which helped maintain business operations through the company’s website. I actively contributed towards maintaining network protocols and gained practical exposure to network systems.
Additionally, I was responsible for website maintenance tasks, where I regularly checked and ensured that the web pages were working efficiently. This allowed to enhance the user experience and maintain the company’s website.
I also played a key role in tracking customer feedbacks which enabled prompt assistance to user needs and support service. Along with that, I regularly reported updates to the relevant teams ensuring that technical issues were being addressed in a timely manner.
Through this experience, I developed hands-on knowledge in network troubleshooting and IT support tasks. I also gained exposure to network security protocols and web maintenance which allowed me to further develop my technical skills.
