During summer 2023 I had the opportunity to join Ridgetop Research, a boutique expert network firm, as a Summer Associate. In this role I was responsible for sourcing and recruiting leads across 20+ projects in different industries ranging between software development, social media management, semiconductor manufacturing, plastic surgery, railway maintenance, pharmaceuticals etc. I connected with and pitched our business invitation to high level executives in companies of interest by using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Rocket Launch, as well as email and phone calls. On a daily basis, I would source 50+ new leads. I also added 30+ new consultants to the companies database and scheduled 5+ calls independently. This internship gave me the opportunity to understand how investors guide their industry research. I was also able to research competitors and customers of target companies through reviewing online news, financial statements, and company case studies. I met a lot of new people while enhancing my communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
