This summer I interned in the IT department of Ruichisi Chemical Rus. Throughout my experience, I gained practical knowledge of business analytics. One of the key projects I worked on involved analysing the effectiveness of customer teams using Agile methodology. Another tool that I used extensively was PowerBI which I employed to present business metrics. Creating UML diagrams to illustrate underlying business processes was particularly exciting for me, as I had primarily only worked with Python and Java before. Another valuable tool I learned was BPMN notation, which I used alongside the RACI table to outline employee responsibilities. All in all, it was an exciting and challenging summer, and I'm grateful for the chance I had. I want to sincerely thank Daniel L. Brindisi '89 and Cynthia Brindisi P'19 Internship Fellowship for enabling me to have this experience without financial worries.
