This summer I had the opportunity of working with the Partnerships Department at Concordia. As part of my responsibilities I supported Concordia's outreach efforts by identifying potential partners & sponsors with a special focus on Latin America; carried out background checks on new partnerships and participated in onboarding calls; drafted membership and partnership proposals; and completed special projects focused on the further development of our existent partnerships. Additionally, I engaged in smaller tasks in preparation for the Annual Summit, the most important event for Concordia.
As part of an extremely high-stakes, fast-paced environment, I was challenged everyday. However, Concordia was a supportive community which showed me the importance of collaboration in and out of the office. It allowed me to learn a lot about myself, my aspirations, while also engaging in a daily basis with prominent individuals and organizations. Now, I'm looking forward to coming back to NYC in September to see all of my efforts come to life and support the team one last time at the Annual Summit!
